Raise a Caterpillar Workshop at WBU

Learn how to raise an Eastern Black Swallowtail caterpillar into a butterfly during this 45 minute workshop conducted by Lori M. Carlson of Backyard Butterflies and hosted by Wild Birds Unlimited in Chapel Hill. Workshop fee includes one critter cage, one caterpillar, host plant, booklet and free after workshop support. All ages welcome, but children must be accompanied by a parent or an adult. All registration fees must  be pre-paid. Limit of 15 spaces.

Please note that your caterpillar/chrysalis will require care for one to two weeks. Your butterfly must be released within North Carolina. No refunds. Workshop fee is transferrable.
