Our Experience

The basal leaves of pussytoes resemble the silvery-white leaves of lamb’s ear. The plants will slowly spread across the area in which they are provided a forever home. In the spring the slender flower stalks will rise above the leaves. The soft flowers are the size and shape of the soft pads of kitty toes (beans). The flowers are used as a nectar source by teensy pollinators such as hover flies and Augochlora sweat bees.
